Dolly Parton's Imagination Library West Virginia Gratitude Tote

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of West Virginia is available at no cost to all children from birth to age 5 in West Virginia. Built on decades of research, Imagination Library is rooted in the belief that having books at home helps children develop literacy skills early in life. By gifting children high-quality books starting at birth, the program ensures all children have access to developmentally appropriate reading materials at no cost to the family, regardless of the family’s income. In West Virginia, more than 3 million books have been delivered to children since 2007. As of January 2023, 52.43% of eligible children are enrolled in the program.
