Meet the team behind Morgan Rhea.

From left to right, Kathy Cruse brings her eye for buying and merchandising, helping shape how each collection is presented and experienced. Kathi Richards supports onboarding, buying, and merchandising, helping coordinate the many details that bring a collection together. Morgan and Michael Beals are the designers and makers behind Morgan Rhea, combining design, craftsmanship, and storytelling to bring each piece to life.

Together, the team carries each collection from concept and creation through buying, merchandising, and presentation,  all with the shared goal of creating pieces that feel meaningful, personal, and made to last.
