At Morgan Rhea, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to become part of your story. Because many of our products are made to order and personalized by hand, our return policy differs from that of mass-produced retailers. We appreciate your understanding and your support of handcrafted American design.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible, non-personalized items from our current collection within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in new condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all tags, accessories, and accompanying materials
- Show no signs of wear, use, or damage

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each personalized piece is created specifically for you, the following items are final sale:
- Monogrammed items
- Engraved products
- Personalized products
- Custom-designed pieces
- Products made specifically at your request
Please carefully review all spelling, initials, dates, and personalization before completing your purchase.
If we make an error in your personalization, we will gladly remake or replace your item at no cost.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Morgan Rhea products are handcrafted after your order is placed.
Minor variations in leather grain, texture, color, markings, stitching, and finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather and handmade craftsmanship. These unique features are not considered defects but are part of what makes every Morgan Rhea heirloom one of a kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@MorganRhea.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible, non-personalized merchandise within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrived damaged or were produced incorrectly.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, discontinued, promotional, and limited-edition merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Returns
Eligible gifts may be returned for store credit when accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for all returns valued over $100, as Morgan Rhea cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.
